Corn Harvest Report #5: 63M73 Yields 215 BPA in King and Queen County Despite An Early Season Drought!!!

This location saw a severe drought in May which limited plant height, but timely rains in July led to good pollination and excellent grain fill. 63M73, 64B28, and 67A23 continue to prove their consistency.

Corn Harvest Report #4: AXIS 63H27, 63M73, and 62A28 average over 300 Bushels in Irrigated plot in Sussex County, DE

This corn trial had amazing plant health throughout the growing season, with the overall trial average at 291 dry bushels per acre!

63H27 topped the trial at 309 bushels.  Don’t count out our new heavy hitter 63M73 or old faithful 62A28 which showed its muscle.

Corn Harvest Report #3: AXIS 63M73 Yields Just Shy of 300 Bushels Per Acre In Northern Neck of Virginia!

This corn trial averaged 249 dry bushels per acre in Lottsburg, Virginia.  54M24 jumped out for the early maturities at 245 BPA while 59R27 delivered a strong 271 BPA.  Our new leading 113-day hybrid,  63M73 dominated at 291 BPA!!

Corn Harvest Report #2: AXIS 63M73 Flexes Its Muscles As It Tops Plot In Enfield, NC

This plot in Enfield, NC started off slow but was able to maximize yield potential due to the abundance of heat units early and wet weather late summer. When these hybrids are put in a situation to reach top end yields, 62A28, 63H27, 63M73, 65D28, and 67A23 really shine throughout the region, which is reflected in this plot. XP114T21 topped the plot on yield as an experimental line, which will provide crucial information when it comes to future hybrid selections.
